Founded in 2005, Injazat is an industry-recognized, regional market leader for secure and business-aligned IT services. The company serves a diverse variety of industry sectors, providing a wide range of corporate solutions, outsourcing and managed IT services that enable organizations to focus more on their core businesses. Owned by Mubadala, the investment arm of the Government of Abu Dhabi, Injazat combines its local expertise and presence with several global technology partnership networks to develop market-leading IT services and solutions.
Reliable, Managed IT Services
As catalysts of change, Injazat helps organizations create new possibilities by capitalising on innovative services and emerging technologies; powering productivity and driving growth for their businesses. Managed services that target server management, network operations, and service desk support help clients transcend budget and technological constraints while optimizing existing infrastructure to run efficient IT operations that support business objectives.
The organization’s server management portfolio includes monitoring, management, evaluating, and reviewing the server environment across server operating systems, enterprise mailbox management, scanning critical databases, Incident and Fault Management, and more. Injazat’s server and application management capabilities are governed by stringent operational policies and procedures to ensure that vital business data is stored appropriately and recoverable on demand, as needed by the business in case of data loss. With backup and recovery services that provide round the clock coverage for effective delivery and monitoring, in a secure and resilient Tier IV Data Center, Injazat also provides redundant and resilient, proactively monitored backend storage management.
Underpinning any digital transformation plan or any growth in digital maturity lays an organization’s network operations. Without a robust and efficient network architecture, an enterprise’s IT systems cannot function – and so, the enterprise as a whole cannot function. Injazat can take on the management of this infrastructure, no matter the size and complexity of a client’s networking requirements.
We work alongside many major ICT companies in the region, and we take an active role in many conferences and exhibitions in the GCC
In contrast, an outsourced ICT service desk—such as the service that Injazat provides—can be the best of all worlds for many organizations. The Injazat ICT Service Desk provides several functions that give business users easy access and quick resolutions to technical issues. “We work alongside many major ICT companies in the region, and we take an active role in many conferences and exhibitions in the GCC,” says Melhi. From being a single point of contact for employees to report their IT problems, to providing regular detailed service reports on trends with issues, the outsourced service desk enables organizations to shift their ICT investment model from one based on large capital expenditures to one based on more predictable operating expenditures.
Technology Benchmarking For Digital Maturity
Benchmarking gives enterprises insight into how they compare to competitors or industry best practices across departments. Although industry leaders frequently aim to achieve continuous improvement, the process can be grueling and unhelpful without a yardstick to measure against. Injazat offers a systematic approach to benchmarking, based around core best practices but tailored to the client’s organization. The process begins with interviewing senior management to identify essential business requirements and developing an initial set of hypotheses about what benchmarking might find. Upon collecting and analyzing data on performance and practices, plans are designed to adopt new operational techniques. By staying on par with or ahead of current technological trends, organisations can not only compete effectively in the modern market but also connect with customers more holistically.
Although Injazat brings an organization up to digital maturity, a crucial part of the challenges inherent in such a transformation is how the clients’ workforce will adapt to such a significant change. As workforces across the Middle East are often extremely diverse, with staff from different backgrounds, education levels and disciplines, and with different experiences, bespoke digital training courses are critical. To this end, Injazat can design a Digital Academy programme to cater to all areas of an organization, with dedicated schemes for different departments and different levels.

An Insight into Digital Transformation
“We focus on both optimizing operations and ultimately helping clients accelerate innovation. We enable clients to achieve this by infusing our capabilities with an ecosystem that contains specific niche partners across industry verticals,” adds Melhi. Injazat is the preferred delivery partner for many government entities when tackling digital transformation projects. With its expertise in designing, executing and delivering complex digital projects, as well as the team’s long and deep experience in partnering with public sector organizations, working with Injazat through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) cuts a project’s financial risk, and boosts its success rate. Such was the case of a large government authority based in Abu Dhabi that manages multiple entities that have previously worked in separate workstreams with no centralized information management. Due to the size and complexity of the IT environment at the government agency, the IT department was unable to respond to the business requirements efficiently. As the business grew, it became increasingly difficult to operate at full production capacity while efficiently utilizing revenue. As a result, the client sought counsel for their challenges, and Injazat was asked to come in to evaluate the situation.
In the initial phase, Injazat Digital Transformation Services worked closely with the client to understand their business processes, compliances and supported the client with digital enablers like process re-modeling, shared services, requirements consolidation, automation, business intelligence, and service standardization. The need for an enhanced user interface was proposed by implementing APPLAUD, a third-party software that works and compliments the HR Self Services and can significantly improve the look and feel of a user interface. After four years of stable operations with continuous support and re-evaluation of systems, the organization is on the capitalization phase, and Injazat has become the agency’s key business enabler.
Developing a new strategy
Aside from organizations that face the challenge of undergoing a complete digital transformation, even generally successful enterprises with up-to-date strategies and infrastructure also struggle continually to keep pace with their competition. Enterprises that rely on IT now have greater scope than ever before to cut costs and improve performance simultaneously – and this is where Injazat excels. For companies struggling to see where they can gain a competitive advantage, Injazat’s consultancy services can analyze an organization’s operations, strategy and competitive landscape, and identify critical opportunities to be pursued. Once an enterprise has decided to pursue a new opportunity, Injazat may also be able to provide support. For almost any strategy based around expansion into new business areas, Injazat will be working behind the scenes to enable flexible business growth. From scalable cloud solutions to improved infrastructure performance, Injazat can empower any of a company’s new ventures.
